(More customer reviews)Most air gaps look cheap, flimsy, and some even show the plastic at the bottom seam at the counter. This is very sturdy and well made. A solid piece. I'm not sure about the other reviewers, but the satin nickel finish matched my fixtures perfectly (I was definitely concerned when reading reviews, but happily surprised when I opened the box). I definitely recommend this air gap! It looks great!

(More customer reviews)It works fine but when you use the threads on the inside, you can see the threads on the outside. It doesn't look finished. It should come with a trim piece to screw on over the outside threads if you are not using them.
