The thing wrong I noticed is that it says stop, but when you put it on stop it doesn't fully stop. It just drizzles water out. After reading the instructions that was normal. Just confusing when it says stop. Overall it is a great money saver and strong spray on low!! I would recommend this.

Even though I was using a lot less water, it improved the shower quality. And it's cheap, so it pays itself back very quickly. Highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)Purchased this product after having problems with a tight faucet handle which caused my index finger to swell from repeated twisting (have slight arthritis but this has made me realize how easy it is to cause damage. The Smart Faucet does everything the video and write-ups say it will do. It is easy to install-only takes a few minutes and much less expensive than buying a new faucet. Works very easily. I recommend it to anyone who has arthritis in their hands or anyone who has a pet who drinks from the faucet. Cats should be able to learn how to get a drink on their own and when they are done, the water will stop!!!

Niagara the Earth Water Saver Chrome Massaging Showerhead Review

(More customer reviews)I am reviewing the white plastic, not chrome, version of this shower head. This is promoted as the lowest-flow shower head on the North American market - one that consistently gets good customer reviews, including the support of some large municipalities with energy conservation and/or water conservation programs. I am adding mine to that long list of positive reviews.
This head gives a great shower, no matter how you look at it. Two weeks later I still can't resist putting the stopper in the drain to see just how little water it uses to deliver on its promise of low flow, and how little water it uses compared to old head I replaced. The reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 and not a 5 is that there was some conflicting information in the specs. It was supposed to have a shut-off switch to give the user the option of saving even more water during soap-up/ shampoo time (mine doesn't have that feature). The spec for the white plastic version also says this head was to use 1.5 gpm (the chrome version says 2.0 gpm) whereas the label on the shower head I now have at home says it uses 2.5 gpm. I've yet to check the actual flow, but if it is 2.5 gpm then this is no lower than many other good 2.5 gpm low flow heads now on the market. Perhaps the difference is the lack of shut-off switch. Another minor gripe is that it is advertised to be able to be installed by hand. Not in my shower - I had to hunt to find a brass thread expander to get it to fit to my piping, and then it had to be installed with a wrench, not by hand. Notwithstanding these issues, I would recommend this head to others looking for (one of) the lowest flow heads on the market - one that delivers a great shower.
