(More customer reviews)I seen others write about this product and it sounds like they are not understanding how the product works.
The tile must be a large flat tile to work. if you have 1 inch by 1 inch tiles this will not work as well.
The part that sticks with suction is 2 inches in diameter.
know where you want to stick it and wet the tile instead of the suction part of the towel ring.
If you remove wet the tile again and reapply.
It works great for me and has not dropped off once i went by these rules.
