(More customer reviews)I am not a plumber, but I've installed a dozen or so faucets over the years. The instructions on this faucet are faulty and the faucet is badly designed. Combination of these factors turned a what should have been an easy one hour project to install this faucet turned into an epic 4 hour project. If you must install this faucet, position the faucet HANDLE internal mechanism 2.5" inches above the deck, not 2" as stated in the instructions. The instructions for placement above deck high on the SPOUT internal mechanism are accurate. Be prepared for a LOT of trial and error, as the design of these faucets does not ensure proper installation, and you must assemble and disassemble the entire faucet each time you try a new height, until the knobs turn freely and do not have a gap below them. Now that it is installed, I like the look, and quality is acceptable -- made in China, but "high end" made in China. Some noticeable machine marks and indentations on square tube portion of faucet but they are only perceptible in good light.
