(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 of these shelves to affix to my tiled shower. I followed the directions, they looked beautiful.
One fell in a couple of days. I reattached it. A few days later, they both fell. I reattached them. They fell no matter how little I placed on them. Not sure where to go from here, they don't look as lovely sitting on my bathroom counter. I can't take the repeated crashing sounds coming from my tub/shower. They were at the far end and not getting more than a little steam. So disappointing. What's the point of having them if they won't hold a bottle of liquid soap?

(More customer reviews)This Towel Rail works absolutely great so far!!! We bought this a couple weeks ago and it has not budged off the wall! I even knocked into it a couple times, shoved my shampoo bottle upside down in between the two rods to get the last of my shampoo out, and hung and dried many washcloths off it so far! It works just as it describes and the "chrome" is still shiny as ever! It is not as long as I wanted it to be (the description did tell me the length, I just didn't take the time to measure) but there is another longer option you have available, so this is good for limited space in your shower, or you just don't have the extra $ for the longer one.

I bought 2, and on one of them, I had to cut out the interior bars to make room for a Costco sized body wash bottle. But in 5 months, it hasn't budged from the wall.

(More customer reviews)the good news is that thing will never come down off of a tile wall (seemingly). The bad news is that the sides of it are about an inch high, so things fall off of it. It's kind of difficult to install, because the sucker pieces go through the rack, and have to be set first and then pulled off to remove the glue piece (which is not the primary suction device, there's vacuum sealing).
It's good, better than anything else I've stuck to the wall. I just wish it more more of a basket, and less of a flat surface. I keep getting clobbered on the toe by shaving cream.

If you don't mind choosing your toothbrushes to fit in the slots of the toothbrush holder, then it's a nice fixture to have. Otherwise, not very functional.

(More customer reviews)I seen others write about this product and it sounds like they are not understanding how the product works.
The tile must be a large flat tile to work. if you have 1 inch by 1 inch tiles this will not work as well.
The part that sticks with suction is 2 inches in diameter.
know where you want to stick it and wet the tile instead of the suction part of the towel ring.
If you remove wet the tile again and reapply.
It works great for me and has not dropped off once i went by these rules.
