(More customer reviews)This does a great job of holding the matching Kohler handshower.
We were surprised that this was plastic. Since our shower surround is fiberglass, it kind of wobbles. We don't put any weight on it.
But I'm sure the wobbling is because of the chinzy fiberglass shower surround. The shower remodel is years away and we like the matching handshower so much we put up with it.

Danco 9D00080044 Universal Decorative Tub Spout, Chrome Review

(More customer reviews)The spout is plastic and will deform with the slightest over-tightening. The spout is not square when fit, due to the cheap plastic, leaving a 1/4" gap at the bottom while flush on the top.
This is not a quality spout for a home.
