(More customer reviews)Purchased at Lowes for about $50. Installed in a shower enclosure, not a tub. This unit is nearly unusable. (1) the angle of the bracket that attaches to the water supply pipe at the wall - the part that holds the hand-held unit in place as a normal shower head when it isn't being used as a hand-held - is such that the shower sprays at the wall of the shower enclosure almost at the top - right straight in my 6'2" face - rather than more downward like a normal shower. Due to poor design, this is as low as it can be aimed without turning the entire thing sideways, which results in the hand-held unit falling out of the holder and/or the water spraying out the shower door. (2) the flex hose is anything but. It is so incredibly stiff that it is nearly impossible to use the hand-held shower head as a hand-held unit.
