(More customer reviews)Received in retail packaging box in good condition(no shipping type packaging box, makes me nervous with plastic items with moving parts)via USPS in about one week, installation instructions were decent, they have a web site with video instructions also, took about one hour to install (time included to gather tools, drain tank, sponge out, etc). Works well as advertised, worth mentioning you will reuse your existing fill valve, tank bolts, seals, etc. with this kit (I had already installed an entire rebuild kit a year ago on my toilets) so this was not a problem for me, but if you can't remember when or if your components were replaced, you may want the deluxe kit that includes these other items. I have a septic tank/leech field system and hope to improve the function and life of my leech field by using less water. I'm going to give this a week or two on one toilet, and if all goes well do the rest.
