(More customer reviews)Our faucet arrived around the 20th of Feb., it was ordered on Feb 10th. I installed the faucet it looks great, but when the nozzle is put on sprayer there is a hole on the bottom of the sprayer that leaks water. So the water then travels down the handle which leads into the main fixture down the hose and then onto our floor. I called the Trident company and told the lady on the phone about our problem. She gave good customer service and said, "Well it sounds like a defective hand sprayer, we'll just send you out another one." This call was around the week of the Feb 27th. I called Trident last week around the 5th and the guy said the sprayers were on back order and they'd expedite one out to us. WELL, that would've been nice to know when I originally called 3 weeks ago. It is now March 13th. and we still have no hand sprayer and the laundry sink is still unfinished.
