(More customer reviews)This is a good product HOWEVER it does need an adjustment. I had the same experience as the other reviewer however I called the service hotline on the package. The company knows they screwed up the hose attachment piece but they will tell you to just use a wrench to turn it upsidedown. The operator said 'You will hear a popping noise but it is ok, just turn it.' We did this for ours and it worked but there was a scary little rattle afterwards inside the unit. After attaching it though everything works and it is fine and it doesnt leak. You would think they would just recall all of them and put out new ones that dont need the adjusting.
