(More customer reviews)This isn't a very exciting review. I mean, after all, it IS a towel holder. But, it does what it is designed to do, and it does it well. It hasn't fallen off the wall or anything, and the quality of the metal is nice. The installation system that came with it works well, but make sure you screw in the screw part more than the 6 or 7 turns that the instructions say. You want it to be really secure against the wall to ensure that there is no wiggle.
