Waterpik Showerhead, EcoRain 2.0, Total Body Review

(More customer reviews)Gives a good-sized spray, in that it covers a fair amount of the body (if you turn it sideways). It works well with if you have low-pressure. It's 2.0 gallons/minute, as opposed to the maximum of 2.5 (per federal regulation, I believe); so it assuages some of my guilt at being excessive with water usage. Though you can find showerheads with fewer gallons/minute.
All in all, I'm quite pleased with this product. The only complaint (which doesn't count as a complaint; I'm just being anal) is that one of the little jets (one of the 50 or 100) doesn't work. That's really the only negative I can attribute to this product. That, and perhaps the gallons/minute could be lower. Though, considering the wide, full-body spray, the way it handles low water pressure, and the overall comfort of the flow, it's really quite a great product.

(More customer reviews)I bought this after reading some iffy reviews on similar water saving showerheads. However, I am pretty impressed with this unit.
I replaced a generic 2.5+ gpm showerhead with this. The installation was pretty easy with the instructions, though I did have to tighten it up way more than I was comfortable with to get it to stop leaking. However, the tools and everything they provide are adequate to get it on correctly.
At first all of the settings worked great, but the 'massaging'/spinny section now keeps getting stuck. I wish it would have just been a higher concentrated spray rather than a spinner, as that was my favorite setting. Now I pretty much leave it on the larger sprayer, which works just fine.
I can definitely tell I'm saving water with this as my mirror doesn't even fog up hardly anymore, which is great... and the first water bill went down more than expected... which probably says something about the showerhead i replaced... not necessarily about the new one.
All in all, its well worth it and I plan on replacing my other showerheads with this same unit.

Still no mounting hardware. Contact American Standard again. Representative could not find hardware. Went to Home Depot and purchased universal mounting hardware. While at Home Depot saw Delta Polished Brass personal shower with hose and all required mounting hardware for less than $50.00.

(More customer reviews)I purchased one shower head two months ago to test its performance. Too my surprise, I cannot notice the difference between my old 2.5 gpm shower head and the new 1.5 gpm. My frist experience with low flow shower head was in the 90's. Those were just mist with restricted water flow. Water was never hot enough. For the Ecoflow, I specially like the water flow control that allows you to save more water depending on you need. It works so great I have purchased another one already.
I have also researched other models as well, like the Labybug. It auto shuts off water once it reaches certain temp. That does save as much water as having the abilty to control water flow while maintaining the same temperture.
In summary, if you want to save water and not compromising on the shower experience, this is the one.
