(More customer reviews)This is a fairly well made door stop that keeps the door open, yet releases the door without much effort. The circular base is a bit large in diameter, so if you have a very short baseboard it may be difficult to mount the base to the baseboard. The finish is generally good. Also, the short part (which I mounted to the door) is spring-loaded to buffer the initial contact with the base.

Functions as a door stop and/or door holder. No need to fight with a door holder that slips or slides. Just open the door fully, and the magnet will hold it in place. Pull the door gently to release. Ideal for offices, homes and many other places. The wind won't slam this door!
