(More customer reviews)It came in generic, non-consumer packaging which was a surprise but not a problem. However I bought this assuming it was a SecureKey lock because the picture shows the plus symbol on the lock cylinder but when it came it was just a normal lock without the SecureKey technology so I returned it. Lesson learned -- don't trust product pictures.
