A diagram is provided upon request but is not included with the product. I suggest you request it when you make the purchase rather than wait for the e-mail response days after receiving the product in the mail. I am sure you plumbers out there can figure it out without it as did I, eventually. For those of us who don't do this for a living, a picture is worth 1,000 words.

Upscale design faucet an elegant long reach solid brass water filter, RO faucet features a smooth quarter turn handle with a ceramic seat for a lifetime of service. A 1/2" hole is all that is needed for the faucet stud (all series), but a cover plate is included to accommodate larger pre-drilled holes. It is 8.75" tall and has a swivel spout with a reach of 5.5". For 1/4" tubing.Faucet color: Brushed Nickel. (More customer reviews)The faucet is very well made with a solid base and brass shank. I found it to short to work on my sink and ended up replacing it with a different unit. The tip sits about 4 1/2 inches high and about 3 inches out from center. Which should be fine for glasses or bottles but I fill a container for the fridge and was unable to get this faucet to fill it.

I had to cut the white plastic spacer by 1/4 inch to compensate for the width of the countertop. The brushed stainless steel matched the main sink faucet. Replacing the old faucet was not difficult at all.
Now I have my water system on top working condition.

Water products like this will corrode and self-destruct eventually as mine did because the water is in contact with the brass. The very best material would be stainless steel.

(More customer reviews)This air gap faucet is relatively easy to install and setup. Works well with my RO filter system. The air gap noise is annoyingly loud while it's filling up the tank (you can hear it from the next room) which is everytime after you turn on the faucet and 6-8 hours if you start from filling up from an empty tank. It looks like I will only keep this as a temporary solution until I can find something else quieter.
