(More customer reviews)The packaging was very minimal: stuffed into the smallest box possible with the only included documentation stuck to the outside of the box, and this is the box it shipped in. The materials and construction are okay but the results are unimpressive. When place under a glass sink, you simply see a ring of white points of light around the drain. It doesn't make the sink glow as the picture would have you believe.

Bamboo Bathroom Lavatory Vanity Vessel Sink Faucet Tall Chrome Review

(More customer reviews)I just purchased this for my new vessel sink and vanity, and the picture just doesn't do it justice. What ANYONE purchasing this faucet needs to know is that the flex hose water lines that come with it are standard for CALIFORNIA ONLY!!!! It cost me almost $20 more in parts from Lowes to adapt the 3/8" compression female end over to a 3/8" male pipe end here on the east coast. There were NO instuctions included with the faucet I received, so I had a little trial and error in figuring out what the best way would be to mount this to the vanity. This is where my second problem arose. The brass threaded tube they include for mounting the faucet is not long enough to pass through the vanity top so there is absolutely no chance of being able to thread the nut on to hold it in place. Neither of the 'major' home improvement stores cary anything long enough with sufficient threading - thought I had it when buying the other parts to adapt it, but the nut won't thread- too coarse.
I will let you know if I can get assistance from the seller since it looks like I'll be without my bathroom for another week in obtaining parts that would allow me to actually hook up this faucet. It was very well packed in a nice little polishing bag to protect it with lots of bubble wrap- just some paperwork in the box would have been REALLY nice.

(More customer reviews)If you are considering installing this unique faucet, do not be turned away by the other review saying the connections are too difficult to install. While it does require a different connection than other "normal" faucets, the connection is standard and is available at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. You just need to know what you are doing or have a husband that does ;)!!!
Also, speaking of Lowe's, this same faucet retails for about $178 (SC price) so this saved me a lot of money. This faucet is absolutely beautiful and looks expensive, but it wasn't!!
It shipped quickly and with all parts, just as described.
