(More customer reviews)It arrived in a good packaging. This is a solid, well made pocket door edge pull. There is one thing you must take in consideration though. Because this has a spring and there is a bar that protrudes to the other side (where you pull on), you have to have a deeper hole compared to a regular edge pull. If you have a drill, this is good. If you do not have a drill to make a deeper hold, this item is not for you. I am uploading a picture to show what I am saying.

(More customer reviews)It arrived in a good packaging. This is a solid, well made pocket door edge pull. There is one thing you must take in consideration though. (More customer reviews)Looking at the picture, I expected the receiver portion to be solid steel (as you would find in a trailer hitch receiver). However, it's hollow! I bought this to use with a recovery strap on my Subaru, as I can't find a trailer hitch with a 2" receiver to fit the vehicle. After a phone call to Warn, I learned that this is rated for a 4000lb ATV winch (hence the hollow construction) and is not robust enough for my intended purpose.
For ATV purposes, I'm sure it would be fine - but for anyone looking at using it with a Class I/II trailer hitch on a car, I would recommend purchasing bar stock and drilling it out. Note to Amazon - listing the weight rating would be very helpful! I can't give this product a low rating since I did, after all, buy it for a different purpose than intended...however, I'd like to see someone else avoid running into the same problem I did.

They are 4" pulls which is what I needed, however the holes for the screws aren't at the ends, so they didn't fit her cabinets. I have called 3 times now and they keep promising someone will return my call, however it is the 2nd week of January, and no one has called me back yet. The product is great for the money if it were the right size, but the customer service is terrible.
