(More customer reviews)I got the door knob(lever) in the mail and it didn't seem like what I ordered. I called customer service and the guy asked if I would like a refund. I decided to put the door knob on first..very simple to install and the mechanics are simple(not much to go wrong)MADE IN AMERICA.. i called back and ordered 3 more.... I have went through several knobs (seriously several knobs) if this one lasts more than 2 years i will be happy.. but there is a 25 yr warranty so i will hope for the best....
