(More customer reviews)It could be that we purchased what ended up being a defective item. I used pliers to tighten the bit that connects to the water pipe that stems from the wall. Regardless of how tight I screw it on, or whether or not the rubber flow ring is on, it sprays out the back of the head.
On top of that, the hose that leads to the handheld shower head leaks even worse. I've tried reversing the hose and tightening the hose. This leaks is by far the worst. It sprays down onto our soap.
As for water pressure, when using the "standard" setting, the fixed head has excellent water pressure when you have it on by itself and when you have both heads on. The handheld, on the other hand, has poor water pressure by itself and even worse when it's coupled with the 2nd head, which is the whole point.
The other settings for each head are horrible and unusable. If I hadn't lost the receipt, I'd take it back to Target for an exchange. Since I do not, it's going in the trash as completely unusable.
