(More customer reviews)Upon holding this towel ring up to our bathroom wall for placement purposes, we discovered that it wasn't round -- the two "tips" of the circle were welded onto the ball at different points (not directly opposite each other) and the towel ring's ring itself was subsequently off kilter (one side of the circle is larger than the other because of the off-center welding). Having bought the whole Bali set at Bed Bath and Beyond, I went back to three Bed Bath and Beyond's in Colorado, looked at every Bali towel ring in stock, and they were all the same -- off kilter -- though some to a lesser degree than others. If you're interested in this hardware and are (like me) assuming the towel ring's round, you may want to take a close look at it in the store. If one wanted an asymmetrical towel ring, it's probably perfectly great -- just not for me.
