(More customer reviews)I bought a Veroca Ceiling Light almost half a year ago, and had nothing but trouble since, as the cloth has considerable wrinkles and simply doesn't look like on the manufacturer's pictures. After several months had passed in which the vendor replaced the cloth twice, I finally discovered that the problem isn't with the cloth, but with the stitching. Obviously, B.Lux (the Spanish manufacturer) is unable to accomplish two straight seams. The seams run in wiggly lines, which also explains why the cloth features dedicated "wrinkle zones", which can neither be ironed out nor eliminated by an ever so well-adjusted tension, as they are indelibly sewn into the cloth.
The issues with this product are only seconded by the manners in which the manufacturer treats (or doesn't treat) its customers. I have tried several times to contact B.Lux because of what looks like a severe serial product fault, only to be sent in circles - first to their presumed (?) local representative, then back to the vendor. (The latter, of course, is especially clever, as the vendor can hardly explain to me what's going wrong with the production process in Spain, but will only be able to send more specimens with the very same production fault - which is exactly what happened. Welcome to Chinese whispers!)
After months of Kafkaesque confusion (what kind of manufacturer thinks he can refuse to talk to the customer anyway??) I finally gave up. The fact that it's nearly impossible to get the steel anchors, which are needed for this lamp, out of the drywall ceiling again, is only the icing on the cake. To anyone who is still eager to acquire such a ceiling lamp after reading this, I can only recommend to consult your favorite taylor - given the list price of this product, that should be easily affordable.
