(More customer reviews)I ordered this item since I was short on wall space and wanted to maximize my towel hanging ability. I chose this brand since the rungs were also stainless steel, not plastic like the competitor's product. The rubber feet protect both my floor and wall. I am happy with the purchase with one exception, I wish the ladder was a bit wider, since bath towels need to be folded in thirds to look presentable, rather than in half which would help dry them out quicker. All in all it was the best solution for my small space.
