(More customer reviews)I ordered this as 'new' and it took a really long time to get here. I took the box in my house and immediately thought the packaging looked suspicious. If I had to guess, it was a floor model at one time. It definitely wasn't in it's original packaging. After unpackaging it, I noticed that the lamp post was scratched and beat up. The overall quality of this lamp is very shoddy and looks cheap. THe $10 lamps at WalMart are built better.
I packaged it in the same box (getting it to fit the same way caused laughter) and sent it back. Now, 2 weeks later I haven't received a refund or any communication. I sent Amazon an email for information and got a 'canned' response back and they didn't even fill in the blanks (cause for even more laughter). Make sure when you order an item -it is EXACTLY what you want!! Avoid LumiSource and avoid hassle.

The Vivid floor lamp from LumiSource adds modern charm to a room, as well as great light.
