(More customer reviews)I would give it a 5, but the finish has a few pits and the paint has some imperfections. These are very minor. Just seems for the price, they should have this perfected. The seat, It is a typical plastic, though very comfortable elongated toilet seat. The easy close is a dream. Very quiet I love my gadgets, and this is great. My buddies go back to the master bath to take a look. I am on today, getting another one. Makes a guy want to put the seat down. At our house both the seat and the lid are closed on all toilets, all the time. This is one of those why would you want it; but now that I have it, I never want to be without it items.
