(More customer reviews)The first one I receive had one side piece broken off out of the box. They replaced it very quickly. I installed it and within a few months, because the tension spring, it broke a side piece off, again. If you're going to buy this then pick up one of those paper holders from Lowe's or Home Depot. The problem is we don't have much of a choice these days because everything comes out of China. Sometimes the quality is good, but more often it isn't.
