(More customer reviews)This Piastra glass fixture is gorgeous in my little bathroom It's elegant but not silly or over the top in an otherwise unrenovated bathroom. The gold flecks in the glass really compliment my purple paint and yellow tiles, but I imagine the gold would look beautiful with many colors, as it's so versatile.
My non-electrician husband had no problems assembling or installing the light, though the bulbs included with it were bad. One never worked and the other was very dim until it burnt out the same day. We bought two replacement bulbs for $8 at the orange hardware store. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the right size bulb in a lower wattage... The light is incredibly bright, which is great for putting on makeup but shocking in the middle of the night. I recommend lower wattage bulbs or a dimmer switch.
I'm very happy with the light and our experiences with the seller. (This is our third purchase from this company.)
