(More customer reviews)A few months after installing this faucet, it began to squirt water out the back of the handle when it was turned on. I followed the manufacturer's instructions for tightening it and it still leaked. When it's not squirting across the counter, the water very slyly runs down the back, where I can't see it, then it seeps under the faucet and leaks into the cabinet underneath. When I contacted them, they sent me a repair kit, no questions asked. I installed it, and it worked like a charm. About a year later, it began to leak again, and again they sent me a repair kit with no questions. Now it's leaking again. The faucet works really well, but the continuous leaking is totally unacceptable. I think the fact that they are so willing to send repair kits says that they have lots of customer complaints.
