(More customer reviews)My old hose broke after many years of use it cracked where it attached to handheld end(go figure it was a plastic end)and I could not find a 69" metal hose at my local stores they where all plastic and where not long enough. They said they could special order a metal one but they where over $100. So I turned to Amazon and found exactly what I was looking for at a great price, I should have looked here first to begin with. This hose looks exactly like my old one but it appears to have a metal end where it attaches to handheld. My one complaint is when I went to hook it up there where no rubber washers included with it I used the ones from my old hose but I guess I shouldn't complain considering I saved $80 or more by not having my local store special order me one. Overall I am VERY satisfied with my purchase and would deal with seller again.
