The swivel was easy to install between the hose and the hand-held shower head. No tools usually needed; just hand tighten against the included rubber washers. No leaking.
She loves it because the shower head is much easier to manipulate and reach everywhere.
This item used to sell locally, until recently, at a lower price - and no shipping costs.
