(More customer reviews)The TP holder is a lot bigger in person than on the web. Also, it is very shiny. From the photo, it appeared to be polished in some places and shiny in others. It is a little difficult to mount- it is definitely crucial to make sure you give more leeway than the directions state. Otherwise, the TP roll will not fit and roll.
