I bought this for a quick bathroom remodel. When I had it in the wall and plumbed out, I noticed the flow rate was pretty low. Not terrible, but significantly less then before. After a couple weeks, I noticed the restriction was getting worse and worse. Finally I had to go in an pull it out. While I had it in my hands I noticed a small plastic piece was inside that you can remove with some needlenose pliers. This piece is not documented in the manual, but it seems to be a filter or restrictor of some sort. That's great, except once it's in the wall you can't easier clean it out or fix it.
Once removed, it works great now!
