(More customer reviews)Previously I owned a similar faucet from a different company, and when I moved, I decided to try to change things up a bit, so I bought this one in stainless steel instead for the new house. It cost a little more, but had some nice features, such as a good spray gun and plastic reinforcement. Installation was easier as well, but when it came to actually using this faucet, it was just too difficult: The cartridge was horrible. Turning it on was easy, but off, not so much. You had to make sure it went all the way down, in the center, in the off position. Adjusting the heat once it was on was similarly difficult, requring the base of the handle to be grabbed. After a few weeks we simply returned it and went back to the previous brand. I love the style and features of this faucet, but I would not recommend this model to anyone.
