(More customer reviews)This is a nice product and although large headed, functions ok. It includes a water saving device that reduces its effectiveness and should be removed if you enjoy pressure. I have dropped my rating to three because even though I have notified amazon that the product does not have the sprays indicated or the pause feature advertised, its page description has not been changed. Instead of correcting the problem, they sent me another unit and i returned both, and ordered the water pik 12 sprayer which includes a control that adjust the amount of water, and the type of spray independently...making everybody and my dog happy. If you see the value in being able to control the amount of pressure the water pik is the best choice (especially with the water saving device removed).
