(More customer reviews)My experience was the same as the other reviewer. Extremely disappointed in the quality. Lots of play in the handles before they actually engage to change the water pressure. It is like steering a boat - you have to over-compensate for each turn because there is just so much play in the handle. I thought for sure I had installed it wrong but I had a plumber look at it and he said this was just an incredibly poor design. The handles also fall off all the time. They just come loose on their own. I called Kingston Brass thinking some of my parts were defective and trying to work with them was like pulling teeth. They would not answer any of my questions until they found me in some database of all customers. When I explained that I didn't buy directly from them, they told me to talk to whoever I bougth from. I was asking about defective parts on a product they manufactured (just trying to determine if they were defective). Do you really think Amazon would be able to help me with that? Don't go cheap - find something from a reputable brand. This was a HUGE waste of time, energy, and money.
