I(from Singapore) went into all the trouble to purchase this lamp(chrome stand) as all that I can find in my country are china made. The lamp turn out to be made-in-china with a white lamp shade. I contacted the seller regarding the wrong colored lamp shade, and they offer me an exchange so long I mail the whole lamp back to them, with postage ticket from USA only. But then the fridge forwarding I use to ship this lam from US to Singapore cost me a bomb. I then accept their discount to be use to purchase the green lamp shade itself w/o the stand, and was told that they don't sell the lamp shade by itself. After all the trouble and cost for long distance shipping, I now end with with a lamp from the country of manufacture that I can't trust, and a lamp shade of color I dislike.
