(More customer reviews)Searched around for a while for a Pre-rinse model like this Schon. Lots of options out there, most of them less expensive, including the Danze Parma Single-Handle Pre-Rinse Faucet. While this appeared to be the most aesthetic looking model, it turns out to be just another Made In China product with inferior components.
Pros:
- Looks good, nice aesthetic design.
- The faucet part is stainless steel and appears to be robust.
- The single swivel handle to turn on the faucet is easy to use
- Water comes out of it when the faucet is turned on.
Cons:
- The handle is made from plastic, despite the stainless steel look. Disappointing.
- Hard to switch between the spray and pour mode by swiveling the end of the cheap plastic handle
- The spring that holds the handle up tends to push it forward even when docked giving it the strange look that it is leaning forward.
- Expensive.
Overall I'm disappointed to find out that Schon is just a marketing brand for a Chinese Manufacturer.
