(More customer reviews)After returning from a long trip where we enjoyed many fantastic showers at boutique hotels, we decided it was time to upgrade our home shower experience. Looking through several possibilities, we purchased the Danze Multi-Function hoping for the best of both worlds -- a drenching rain shower and a powerful massage.
Opening the box we were impressed with the beauty and heft, all metal where many shower heads have too much plastic. Easy to install. Alas, we were disappointed to discover that our good water-pressure was insufficient to drive this beast, even after removing the flow-limiter. In rain-mode, unless it was pointing straight down, not all the nozzles activated. In massage mode, the spray pattern was too narrow yet didn't feel strong. We returned it. This could be a five-star in a home where it were installed higher up the wall and with fantastic water-pressue.
While we're still looking for the ideal premium shower for our home, the next head we tried has a budget price yet does a great job of decreasing water usage while creating the illusion of luxurious pressure and volume: Delta Faucet 75152 Water Amplifying Adjustable Showerhead with H2OKINETIC Technology, Chrome
