Upon opening the package, I was struck by how cheap the construction looked -- it looked like chrome plated cheap plastic.
After installing it, I was severely disappointed by the lack of massaging. None of the modes produce much power -- at most, they feel like someone lightly tapping your back with their fingers.
It does have the ability to remove the water saver valve, but I don't want to do that since I would then be using considerably more water.
I tried to contact the manufacturer to see if I had a defective unit that could be replaced under the lifetime warranty, but they only provide a "snail mail" address.
Had I bought this product locally, I would have returned it. But Amazon's return policy says it is for unopened/unused products, so I guess I am stuck with it.
This is one product I would recommend NOT buying via mail order. Go look at it in a local store, and verify that you can return it if it doesn't meet your expectations.
