(More customer reviews)The picture does not show how the glass rests on the supports. The supports extend through holes in the glass, spaced 17-3/8 inches apart. Why couldn't these supports be spaced 16 inches apart? Then it would be possible to screw into studs. Instead, one is expected to use the supplied crumple-type drywall anchors. No matter how much you screw into the anchors, the supports do not tighten. There is always some "wiggle". This is not good in a shelf. I used the tapered screw-type drywall anchors, and got a tight mount. I would have much preferred supports that could be spaced anywhere under the glass. I would not buy a glass shelf of this type again.
