(More customer reviews)The ring arrived with the small screw missing. Also, one of the ends had already unlinked - the plastic endcap was nowhere to be found. Nonetheless, I merely placed the ring to swing sideways instead of up and down to avoid drawing attention to the missing endcap. Then, I glued the thing to the wall. It'll be a pain when I have to remove it, but I don't particularly want to go to the hardware store a thousand times to find the single screw that will tightly fit in the small hole without snapping.
