(More customer reviews)Very disappointed in the flimsy plastic shower heads, both the rainfall and handheld, especially since the rest of the unit is excellent. If you're prepared to throw away the chintzy shower heads and spend a couple of hundred more on some quality metal ones, this would be a fine unit. But for the price you shouldn't have to. The description says "Chrome" but it's just chrome colored plastic. Strange since the other components, including the heavy chrome (METAL) goose neck, are high quality, and then it's ruined by throwing in dime store shower heads. The seller said Pulse won't provide any quality substitute. So beware.
