(More customer reviews)For the price it should have been perfect. Two of the entry valves were not perfectly drilled out. I had to install it ( no choice, guests coming, unworkable bathtub), and the thing roars like an elephant. I could have drilled it out myself, but was not convinced that it wouldn't damage the internal valve.
Bad marks for Kohler. Where was it made? I have already been given grief for complaining about 'that country that now makes everything we use', but the proof is in the pudding. This is a poorly made item.
Do you have a choice? Afraid not. They're all made... not here.
For the record: YES I would pay more for a high quality diverter. This one, however, is not. Could have been a lemon, but I suspect they are all subject to bad machining.
I really dislike bathing with elephants.
