(More customer reviews)First shipment received with damage due to loose parts inside box, no instructions. Amazone promptly replaced it, but second shipment also had no instructions. After a couple of hours searching and several emails back and forth to Kingston Brass, was able to download instructions for this model. The problem: component parts different than those described and illustrated so installation was difficult. Will avoid Kingston Brass product in the future.
