(More customer reviews)The item is very beautiful, but I found a couple of thing a little disappointing. The diameter of the ring is too big (about 8-9 inches). Secondly, the ring itself appears to be a little weak. I'm not sure how long it will last. I expect it to be fine given that you don't put too much weight on it. A large towel holds fine with no evident sign of weakness.
On the plus side, the chrome finish is beautiful and the base that attaches to the wall is very sturdy. For the price, I'm very happy with it. I bought two and I'm sure I'll be installing the second one very soon.
