(More customer reviews)This towel bar is fairly sturdy and looks very nice. I ended up having to caulk-glue the bars into the part that holds them because they tended to wiggle a bit when removing towels and fell out if I wasn't careful. Probably an installation error, being a couple mm off, though it was hard to get them exactly in place (you use a template to put the hooks on the wall, then slide the bar holders over them).
