(More customer reviews)I love this shower head! Our old one had a plastic base that screwed onto the spigot and needless to say, plastic gets old and cracks. I had to find a new double shower head in a pinch and this one really did the job. It was affordable and both heads swivel and work at once PLUS the base is metal. Try finding that in a local store-the only ones out there are $80+ and most have the handheld showerhead attachment which doesn't work at the same time as the main head. This one came in super speedy shipping with a roll of plumbers tape which was such a nice surprise because I couldn't find mine; great touch of customer service. The showerhead itself is surprisingly easy to move around and switch settings without blasting yourself in the face with water plus the pressure even on the regular setting is great-it still feels like a light massage. I know dual heads use more water BUT for a good wake up morning shower or a neck massage after work...I wouldn't trade it at all.
