(More customer reviews)It basically does what I needed, lowered the showerhead closer to me. However, it doesn't line up straight, the knobs end up at an angle. Also, the joints are not strong enough for my heavy, brass showerhead. It's fine for me, but if someone taller needed to adjust the height up, it would not stay due to the weight of the showerhead.
Overall, it works. But I think I should have spent my money on a 12" fixed arm.
