(More customer reviews)Looks nice, push it down, and soap comes out. That's half the battle. The problem, the pump won't 'pop back up' to be ready for another squirt of soap. So you have to pull it apart and pull the pump mechanism up manually.
I tried it empty and it returns fine. It even seems to work with water in it. But it's a soap dispenser. Dish soap seems too thick for it. I tried watering down the dish soap-- but it doesn't help. Anything thicker than water, and it just doesn't work.

(More customer reviews)I have bought 4 soap dispensers This one being the last. I was becoming totally frustrated, but my husband talked me into trying just one more time. OMG this was the only one that actually WORKED to my satisfaction it did not take tons of pumps more like 3 or 4 for a sink full of dishes I have a really deep sink. (I use Dawn) !!! The tube is large making dispensing dish soap vary easy. It looks AWESOME and I have never been happier with a soap dispenser. Save yourself the frustration and get this one or this brand. If there other products are this good I will buy the Wellington brand without worry.

Danco 10037 Microban Straight Soap Dispenser, Chrome Review

(More customer reviews)This pump broke after maybe 3 weeks of use. I liked it's color and the fact that it came with a hose to insert directly into the store bought bottle but it broke before I could use it. Guess it's cheap for a reason.
