(More customer reviews)I purchased several Moen fixtures for a new bathroom: towel bars, hooks, towel ring, etc. all in the oil rubbed bronze finish to match other fixtures. These are the first Moen towel bars and related items I have purchased and installed. Previous experience with other name brands has left me skeptical about the mounting design and ease of instllation... but these Moen products were a very pleasant surprise!
As most bathroom hardware does these days, Moen incorporates small set screws in their design - but in a much better way than others I have installed. The set screw is easy to set and adjust, and holds once set! Unlike others, these fixtures are not loose or wobbly after installation. Additionally, the wall mount hardware is made very well - much better than others. Very sturdy and well designed - it is made so that you only have one correct way to mount it, and the portion of the wall mount that holds the visible fixture is very sturdy and remains square!
I take away one star for the very thin material used in the towel bars themselves... the tube is adequate, but feels very light and flimsy compared to the rest of the hardware... a few more thousands of an inch thickness would have been nice.

Gatco 5073 Towel Ring with Chrome Finish Review

(More customer reviews)This towel ring looks good and was pretty easy to install. It comes with everything you need, except for a screwdriver or drill. I was initially confused about how to install it. The directions didn't really make sense, and didn't mention how to use a couple of the things that came with it at all. Once I decided to ignore the instructions and install it as I thought it should be done (screw the metal bracket into the wall, then fasten the base to the bracket with the included allen wrench) it was really easy. I didn't use any of the little plastic parts that come with it, but it seems to be firmly and correctly attached to the wall, so I've decided not to worry about it.

It's a towel bar.
The construction is very cheap, but it works. For the price, I wasn't impressed nor disappointed with the quality.
It does its intended job at a very reasonable price. What more can I say?Bottom line-
Quality is pretty poor, but it does the job at a great price.
