It installed as cleanly and easily as the product and Web reviews promised. The hardest part was removing the old faucet. The Danze faucet works like a charm. The flow is better than I had with the old faucet, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Marielle Four Hole Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray and Soap Dispenser Finish: Polished Chrome Review

(More customer reviews)Water quit running from faucet and sprayer. After an hour of messing with it, I determined that the diverter was bad. I shopped around town, people treated me as if I was crazy. Apparently, Price-pfister quit making them. I found only a few overpriced replacement diverters on line. The diverter is the "T" shaped brass thing to which all the lines attach. I finally got the nerve to take the diverter apart. Remove all the attachments first. It comes apart easily with a cresent wrench. Inside, you will see a white plastic circle with a brass center. From the other end, knock it out with a screw driver. I took it to Ace Hardware. They had an exact replacement for $4.50. I slid it in, replaced the O rings and reinstalled it. Works great. I know this isn't a review. But if you are going to put out big bucks for this faucet, or already have, then you need to know how to fix it without going ballistic at whatever home improvement center you bought it from. Now, for the review. I like the looks. It works well. But, I probably would not buy another.

(More customer reviews)The faucet looked nice and seems to be well made, although the sprayer didnt work when installed. The sprayer won't turn on or off as it should, it stayed stuck in the "ON" position;. After the plumber tried to repair it, it stays off all the time. When I try to turn it on again, it will get stuck in that position. To remedy the situation, I called American Standard and learned this faucet has been discontinued for some time, so they couldn't replace any of the main parts. However, after sending in an email question, I was recommended to buy a new sprayer. Upon talking with American standard to potentially purchase a new sprayer, the rep suggested I replace the "diverter" and see if that worked. If it does, my overall experience will be pretty positive.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this kitchen faucet with spray because I wanted a kitchen faucet with spray and this is one. This has the pot filler spout so I installed it and filled several pots. Then I sprayed all around and the sprayer worked fine. This faucet may not be for you if you don't need a pot filler spout nor a spray attachment or don't like a brushed nickel finish with ceramic disc valve. If you do, this faucet has a lot of fabulousness. It would be a nice present for your wife's birthday. She'll love you for it. Take my word on this.

(More customer reviews)A combination of the high arc, and a thin minimally-aereated stream of water means you will not be able to keep from splashing water all over the place. It is really, really bad. The hand spray unit also has a booby-trap waiting for you; the trigger is on the front and very easy to set off while you're trying to get it out of the hole. I got sprayed in the face and got water all over the walls and fridge.
My 20-year-old Moen faucet wasn't pretty, but it worked. I will have to go back to where I bought it and see if they'll either find a way to increase the areation, or take it back.
